- Cancellations and Refunds: Enrollment cannot be canceled after the two trial days. Missed lessons due to client unavailability are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

- Certificates: Certificates of completion are issued upon meeting course requirements, including attendance and assignments. Missing more than four lessons will disqualify you from receiving a certificate.
